Will my order still arrive?

Yes. Every order placed before we closed is picked, packed and delivered in full. You will get a tracking email the moment it leaves the warehouse, and we watch it until it arrives.

How do I contact support now?

Email sales@thewoodveneerhub.co.nz with your order number. We reply on business days, and support stays open for weeks after the last delivery goes out.

Something arrived damaged or is missing from the box

Check the outside of the consignment when it arrives and unpack within 24 hours. If anything is damaged or short, email us within that 24 hours with your order number and a photo and we will make it right.

I need a few more panels to finish the wall

Nothing is being restocked, so we cannot promise anything. There is a small chance a few of the last panels are still on the shelf, so it is worth an email with the finish, the size and how many you need, and we will tell you straight.
